One of my favorite shots on Lac Leman - or Lake Geneva, Switzerland.  The peacefulness and quiet here was unmistakable. I loved the serenity of it all, early in the morning, looking across at the marina.

Road trip! Just returned from a Florida trip - headed out from Orlando to the Gulf, first stop Sarasota and the Museums. From there we ventured south to Naples. Stayed for 3 days. Next was the drive across the bottom of Florida - Alligator Alley and the Everglades. Next stop was Delray Beach! Stayed there for 4 days - and then the trek back to Orlando. Great trip! There was actually two other rainbows on the right side but my lens couldn't reach that far. Of course I could have made a panorama out of it...
This was in Delray with Brenda and Suse. We were sitting on the deck at Boston's, enjoying the evening, the breezes and the ocean. Ahhhhhh

Don't Let Life Pass You By

It's easy to say that when you are old. Or "old" by the standards of someone much younger. 

But sometimes we have to be reminded that we are only here for a short time, and some shorter than that. Rather than put down a lot of words here, I will let the photos speak for themselves as they do capture that moment in time that can never be returned except by this visual phenomenon called a PHOTOGRAPH. 
Note: the banner photo was not taken at 70mph in a car. I was quite on the beach at 7am in DelRay, FL. I like it as a banner photo even it doesn't go with the title! Artistic/journalistic license.
